AFC East
1.
Miami Dolphins
2.
New York Jets
3.
Buffalo Bills
4.
New England Patriots
I know the popular thing is to write off the Dolphins (and Cardinals). I personally can't get there yet. They still have such a talented roster, even after purging players like Talib. I think Kevin Mullendore on a HOT SEAT is a dangerous thing for the AFC East, so he'll make a push to win the division... but I see Wild Card for them. I like the Bills and Patriots rosters a lot, but I think the Bills JUST miss, and the Patriots experience some of those growing pains of developing a young QB.
AFC North
1.
Pittsburgh Steelers
2.
Cleveland Browns
3.
Baltimore Ravens
4.
Cincinnati Bengals
I typically love the Bengals, but I am just buying the Steelers this year. I know Norbi was vocal about not thinking his team is taking a step back, and I agree they will be competitive... just ran out of seats in musical chairs here. Ian is on the hot seat in Cleveland and needs a great season. Wouldn't be surprised if this division has every team at or around .500 for the year.
AFC South
1.
Tennessee Titans
2.
Indianapolis Colts
3.
Houston Texans
4.
Jacksonville Jaguars
As an owner of the Jaguars 1st, I'm hopeful to at least finish with a better record than them... but I'm not so sure they're going to be as bad as the league thinks. Jameis isn't quite "plug and play", but he's also not THAT far behind. The Texans had an outstanding season, and will get their 6 wins.. but I don't buy playoff hype. Colts will suffer with a Brady Quinn injury. Titans roll.
AFC West
1.
San Diego "Super" Chargers
2.
Oakland Raiders
3.
Denver Broncos
4.
Kansas City Chiefs
San Diego downgraded at QB, but got better everywhere else. I think this will be a big year for them. I also think teams are sleeping on the Raiders. I expect them to take control of a Wild Card spot. The Broncos will score points in bunches, and potentially lock this division down for good in a year or so. Chiefs are rebuilding, but Rod is feisty. Won't be surprised to see them compete to near .500, but also could see them try to re-tool and rebuild a bit if they start rough.
AFC Playoff Seedings
1.
Miami Dolphins
2.
Tennessee Titans
3.
San Diego "Super" Chargers
4.
Pittsburgh Steelers
5.
Oakland Raiders
6.
New York Jets
Titans make a push to get the 1 seed, but ultimately can't dethrone Miami... yet.

NFC East
1.
New York Giants
2.
Washington Redskins
3.
Dallas Cowboys
4.
Philadelphia Eagles
I posted in the PTI episode, but I think Washington is going to be good this year. The Eagles are in disarray but will still probably beat Dallas once (or twice). Giants still the class of the division until proven otherwise. Even with a downgrade at QB. But I won't be surprised to see the Giants win the division with 9 wins.
NFC North
1.
Detroit Lions
2.
Minnesota Vikings
3.
Chicago Bears
4.
Green Bay Packers
All hail the Lions. Kings of SFL. This year will be their crowning. Everyone will forget all about Drew Brees. Speaking of forgetting about Drew Brees, the Vikes will be just fine with Greene playing the tag team with Wilson. The Bears will just miss the playoffs. Packers will be better, but such a tough division.
NFC South
1.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
2.
New Orleans Saints
3.
Atlanta Falcons
4.
Carolina Panthers
This might be the year in Tampa that Mellon through he was getting a couple years ago. Pass heavy, and a healthy Cousins could be dangerous for all teams who challenge the three-time champ. Saints, Falcons, and Panthers are tough to forecast. Could see them in any order.
NFC West
1.
Arizona Cardinals
2.
St. Louis Rams
3.
Seattle Seahawks
4.
San Francisco 49ers
I'm still ride or die with the Cardinals. Such a well run organization. I think the Rams continue to get better - expect a big year from Evans. Seahawks and 49ers are good with vet QBs, so could easily prove me wrong. Just a gut feeling.
NFC Playoff Seedings
1.
Detroit Lions
2.
Arizona Cardinals
3.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
4.
New York Giants
5.
Washington Redskins
6.
Minnesota Vikings
I think the Lions go (14-2) and it's not even very close. Vikings creep in again, and the Lions HOPE they don't have to face Wintermute in the tournament.
