To write league articles is one of my favorites activities on the league, my goal is try to always deliver good quality articles and a fun read. Those articles are written for the league and always appreciate the feedback and mainly the participation, as I’ve mention multiple times on the last days I’ll move to a DC Comics creative focus, doing my articles related to it.
This is a recap of the series of articles I would like to write, time is always an enemy and maybe won’t be able to do it all, but I’ll try as a hobby, sharing the list as some of the series require your participation and always willing to hear suggestions.
Superman vs Bizarro A tradition for some seasons, was interrupted for last 2 seasons cause time, but it’s coming back this season.
The Judas Contract One of the most iconic comics series of all time, it follows the story of Tara Markov (Terra), a new member of Teen Titans, while the series advance the group of heroes are betrayed by Terra that was a double agent working for Slade Wilson (Deathstroke). The Judas Contract confirm Deathstroke as the main villain of Teen Titans and introduce Nightwing, these series of comics had a big impact on the way future stories were told.
For SFL, this New series of articles will focus on those matches that involve players traded between 2 teams (Revenge games), all time SFL games are eligible, sometimes I’ll pick them based on my own research but also I’m asking for help, if you remember an interesting game worth being part of “The Judas Contract” Please let me know
Hall of Justice This will be the continuation of “Road to Canton” articles series that will track the career of those players with arguments for being part of Hall of Fame. Each one of those articles will contain a Poll, for GM’s to vote, despite is an unofficially vote, eventually if have success I believe we could use this as a reference for our HOF. You can suggest players would like to see on Hall of Justice, the next article confirmed is: QB Drew Brees
Young Justice On these articles I’ll track the performance of the most interesting rookies, it’s expected to have a weekly release with the rookie had the best stats that week. It’ll be similar to rookie of the week (1 offense and 1 defense).
Meet the Heroes A new version of “Meet the GM’s” saga, basically the same line but with name adapted to new brand. Additionally, the idea is to change the concept a bit, now instead a long interview, I’ll try this to be more spontaneous and multi-topic. I want this to be a place where we can know each other better, so my plan is that we share more about ourselves here, I would like the topics to be very specific. Example i proposed to a GM this week: Anthony Fernandez (Champa Tampa for the friends) collection. He has a lot of cool collectibles, so the article would surround around that specifically. Another one I would like eventually is a tour at Anthony Cepparullo brewery, a meet-up recap, game nights, etc.
Meet the GM’s articles always have given 100% of the AP to the guest GM, profit from it have never been the goal of this, and i would “Love” if people start doing articles by themselves, and posting on the forums. I’ll start doing articles about myself. If anyone want an old-style interview I’m also down, but hoping this to become something bigger.
