Panthers can win division or make playoffs via wildcard, for win division need to finish with better record than Falcons, = Win + Falcons lose.
For make wildcard, they need to win + Cowboys to lose
Lions
Lions will clinch #6 with a win unless Falcons Win + Panthers Win + Cowboys lose
Cowboys
Cowboys will clinch #6 with a win + Lions lose
Rams
Rams clinch #6 with a win + Panthers lose + Lions lose + Cowboys lose
Eagles
Eagles clinch #6 with win + Rams lose + Panthers lose + Lions lose
