My favourite part of the calendar is the draft. I, like many others, will pore over the draft class, pore over my roster, who is a free agent, who is nearing regression.
I thought it would be fun to review each team's draft class and my favourite selection.

Analysis - It was a shame Conley's speed was impacted by the skew as he would have been my pick here. Breck had a great draft. Watt was, for me, a lock Top 10 pick. I know its only 2 slots but thats the difference between picking up a perennial pro bowler and Joe Bones.

Analysis - I ummed and arred over Tre'davious White and Hardee at 7 but went for Golladay. The Chargers took White and then the Jaguars took Hardee and left me with the 3rd ranked CB on my board. I had Humphrey, Hardee, White and Awuzie all fairly closely ranked. Arguably, Hardee is the top rated CB - ridiculous attributes but what made him just shade White, for me, was the combination of 6-1 and 97 jump. If that even makes a difference.

Analysis - I liked Watkins but Holden is polished enough to start now and had one of the best pass blocking ratings of the entire OT class. He will be a very good starting LT in the SFL, book it.

Analysis - I liked Marcus Williams as a safety, and he was tremendous value in the late 3rd. Adoree Jackson was also a really nice pick in the latter stages of round 2. However, I cannot ignore the other worldly attributes of Jones. I guess we will find out how important acceleration is to a defenstive tackle but with off the charts and on the wall in the next room combination of speed and strength, I will be watching how he does with interest.
