AF's Way-Too-Early SFL Draft Grades (17-32)

I haven't done Draft Grades since 2014, and usually it's midseason... but Double AP is Double AP. #LFG!

by Anthony Fernandez, February 12th, 2018

[1.17] FS Minkah Fitzpatrick, Alabama Norman | A
========> 21 years old | 6’1” | 204 lbs | 64 AWR | 89 SPD | 88 AGI | 88 ACC | 65 CTH | 84 TAK | 72 STR
I hit this one exact. It was no secret that Washington was going to add a Safety in this draft, it was just a matter of if they would move up or down, in my opinion. Frankly, with the way that Safeties were coming off the board, I was a little worried my pick would be wrong. But after the first two came off early, it stabilized a little, and Minkah fell right in the laps of Washington. Here is what I had to say about him pre-draft, "doesn't have measurables that jump off the page, but ultimately he's a super young (21) prospect with excellent tackling, awareness, and hands. He's got playmaker written all over him, and if the private workout is ok, he should be very, very good for a long, long time. That would be bad news for the NFC East. For now, I think SS is the most glaring need on their roster. I still agree with and echo that sentiment. Washington, who (from my understanding) doesn't do much drafting... has got a LOT better the last two years with the draft. Last year they got two potential Hall of Fame players, and this year they got a guy who could make multiple Pro Bowls. As a division rival, that's tough, but we welcome the challenge.

[1.18] OLB Dorian O'Daniel, LSU Norman | B- **Trade Up with (1.27 + 3.1 for 1.18 )
========> 22 years old | 6'2” | 223 lbs | 57 AWR | 84 STR | 92 SPD | 90 AGI | 93 ACC | 67 TAK | 51 CTH
We got a trade UP!! C'mon up, New Orleans. D-O-D is a legit prospect that I haven't seen the skew for, but I think he'll be a great pro. I'm sure that Nate saw it, and maybe it was so good to prompt the move up. Frankly, As much as I don't like moving up for an OLB that is NOT named Shaq, they paid a very fair price to do so. The Saints probably could have got a good starter at [3.1] to help them in a year where they need the playoffs, but ultimately if they saw that skew on D-O-D and felt there was no way he'd be there at the end of the 1st, then this was the right move. I kind of felt D-O-D would fall because of his size. Here is what I said pre-draft, "He's light AF, but those measurables are crazy. There was a guy in the class like that last year, and I'm pretty sure he got snatched up in the 1st. Matt Milano maybe? Jaguars! Undersized, also from LSU. Probably a safety playing LB, but he put up nearly 70 tackles (11 for loss), 5 sacks, 1 FF, 1 FR, and 9 DFL as a rookie. That's pretty good. Someone will take him in the top 45 picks, guaranteed." A little sooner than I had anticipated, but like I said... if he was a skew up, I could understand the paranoia of wanting to go get your guy.

[1.19] DE Josh Sweat, Florida State Norman | C
========> 21 years old | 6’5” | 259 lbs | 60 AWR | 80 SPD | 82 AGI | 88 ACC | 73 TAK | 71 STR
I did not get the Sweat hype pre-draft. Looking at his post-skew, it looks like goes up in SPD, but down in ACC. That's not awful, but I think he needed a little more juice to be worthy of this pick. Here is what I said before the draft, "Sweat is a little bit of a project for my taste, but the fact he's been mocked so high makes me wonder if the private workout was really nice. To be so young, with such size and potentially be in the low 90s ACC would be sick. But if that SPD skews down, he may never pop as a real sack artist." Now if the Pats are just looking for a specimen they can pump some love into at LE, Sweat is not a bad frame for that. The Patriots have a LOT of DEs on the roster, but with the team over the cap, I wouldn't be surprised to see cuts coming. Sweat could potentially challenge to be a 10 sack per year guy, if he gets some boosts. His OVR is too high for TC and Sophomore Progression, so he's only getting one year of freebies. With that in mind, I'd hit him with +2SPD (85) and +2ACC (88 ) now as a rookie, which means when he tops off he'll be in the range of 86/89. Ideally he'd have more than 71 STR to be drafted this high, or at least be closer to 90 SPD/ACC without so much AP cost. But at the end of the day, he'll be a good player. I just struggle to see him ever consistently challenging for All Pro status.

[1.20] WR Tre'Quan Smith, USF Norman | A-**Trade Up with (Future WAS 1st + 3.2 for Future OAK 4th + 1.20)
========> 22 years old | 6’2” | 203 lbs | 62 AWR | 97 SPD | 92 AGI | 95 ACC | 78 CTH | 85 JMP | 67 STR
I had Smith going at [1.4] in my mock, so this was one of my biggest fallers. I like him a lot and said before the draft, "Tre'Quan Smith IS going to go a lot higher than some pundits see him going. Right now my fellow mockers have him at 16 and 20, but I'll be very surprised if he's not a Top 10 WR and has potential to be the 3rd WR off the board when guys see the private workout. Smith is young, quick, good size, and could really be a force with some AP." So color me wrong on him being a Top 10 pick, but the Lions moved up to make sure he doesn't slip out of the Top 20. Smith got a nice skew, and even better the compensation to move up is not bad at all. To be able to net a Top 20 pick for a 3rd/4th swap and a Future 1st (that will probably be playoffs cause it's Washington) is a great deal for the Lions. He must be on that "Titans Friend Club", because Apolo never gives me anything better than [1.30] for my Future 1sts, and I've been shopping at that store for YEARS. Rude.

[1.21] CB Jaire Alexander, Louisville Norman | A+
========> 21 years old | 5'11” | 192 lbs | 66 AWR | 95 SPD | 88 AGI | 97 ACC | 63 TAK | 65 CTH
Another pick I nailed exact. I didn't work out Jaire, but by the looks of it he got even better. Before the draft I said, "A little undersized, but very smart. The Bengals are a team that is close, and GM Brady Tinnin has done a good job in recent years extending his window to finally win a Super Bowl. Two straight conference championship losses doesn't say develop a CB to me, so I think the appeal of Jaire already being 66 AWR will be nice. Brady could pair him with a mentor and be 80+ AWR by year 3, right as Goff is hitting his stride, too." And if he skewed up like I think he did, he's one of the players I felt that could make me regret taking CB JC Jackson at [1.16]! Yea, looks like SPD went up 1, AGI went up 4, ACC stayed same, AWR stayed same. That's VERY nice. Plus he's an inch taller than Jackson, and an inch can make all the difference. Even his TAK went up 2. What a great pick. On top of that, they ended up getting a FS to pair with him later in the draft that might have skewed a little better than the guy I was projected him later in the 1st. OG Sam Jones ended up looking like a solid development piece. Nice draft, Brady!

[1.22] OLB Tremaine Edmunds, Virginia Tech Norman | A+
========> 21 years old | 6’2” | 253 lbs | 57 AWR | 91 SPD | 82 AGI | 90 ACC | 93 TAK | 72 STR
Great pick for KC. One of my favorite players in the draft. I thought pre-draft the Titans might scoop him up in the teens, but he ended up sliding and somehow wasn't even the 1st OLB taken. Before the draft I made it pretty clear he was my favorite, "At this point, I don't think they can pass up the sliding OLBs. Edmunds has been mocked all over the place, but I think if he's got a good private workout, he could be gone much sooner than this." I assume Rodany, who is one of the best drafters in the league (and consistently puts out some of the best draft content) worked him out and got a solid guy. Edmunds fills a real need, as Bud Dupree and Brandon Marshall appeared to be the starting OLBs heading into the preseason. Spoiler - the Chiefs would also grab Fred Warner, who had a disappointing skew but is amazing value at [3.7] where they got him. Talk about transforming a position in one draft. Great work by KC here... which almost makes up for drafting HB Saquon Barkley in the 2nd round. Almost. It's like they're collecting former Top 10 NFL HBs that got absolutely horrendous SFL ratings. Thankfully, Charles Sims (former NFL Buccaneer) is holding down the position and Saquan and Playoff Lenny are just holding his jock. We got off topic there, but I love the OLBs the Chiefs added.

[1.23] HB Phillip Lindsay, Colorado Norman | A
========> 22 years old | 5'8” | 190 lbs | 97 SPD | 94 AGI | 97 ACC | 72 STR | 84 CAR | 89 BTK | 73 CTH
Everyone seemed to love this pick, and once you saw the workout it was clear why. Breck went as far to say that Lindsey was "the best HB in the draft class", which I disagree with, but I can see the logic. He looks a LOT like HB David Johnson, who is my starting HB and has been great in three years with me. He is pretty well progressed for a rookie and should be a solid pick... even if I thought WR was a real opportunity for them to upgrade. Ultimately thought, it's undeniable that Lindsey was a Top 2 HB in the class, and the WR class had been picked pretty clean. So to get the 2nd best HB at pick [1.23] is solid. Here's what I said about him pre-draft, "People seem to love Phillip Lindsey. Personally, he's a little small for my taste, but you can't argue with his attributes. I'd love to see the private workout. If he at least doesn't nerf, he'll be a very good back in this league. He reminds me of a slightly smaller version of MY guy, David Johnson, just with the AP and progression already applied." Not surprised to see him end up in Baltimore... where Norb seemed DOUBLE thrilled with switching the narrative of HB in the division. Norb went into the night thinking that they'd be tackling Nick Chubb for a decade... but in fact it's the Ravens who land the young stud HB. It's almost like when the Ravens got Jimmy G and developed him a few years before the Steelers, Browns, and Bengals all decided to develop a young QB. Maybe the wave of AFC North HBs is a couple years away and Norb jumped on the wave a little sooner. Either way, good pick, great player. I loved listening to Norb's analysis on the draft during the Radio Show. I was surprised to hear how much he was on the HBs and CBs in the class, but I was also pleasantly surprised by how similarly we value players - particularly at CB. Always reassuring when a guy who's been as successful as Norb confirms what you are looking for in players.

[1.24] WR J'mon Moore, Missouri Norman | A+
========> 22 years old | 6’3” | 205 lbs. | 99 SPD | 87 AGI | 94 ACC | 54 AWR | 73 CTH
I liked Moore a lot in the pre-draft process. I really have no need to draft WR before the 3rd or 4th because we are so loaded at the position, so I admit I didn't pay a ton of attention to the WR class. That said, I had Moore going in the Top 16 picks. Here's what I said when I thought he was the Falcons target before they moved up, "A little raw for a Top 16 pick. Moore actually reminds me a bit of my WR Cody Latimer, which J'mon could pass for a decent impersonation with a good skew." Neal is one of the most prepared GMs in the league, so there's no chance he didn't run the workout. Even while at dinner with his wife, he lands a stud. Classic Wintermute. I kind of thought that OL was a bigger need, but Neal usually can satisfy that need in the middle rounds. Neal disagreed with my assessment, as he ended up drafting NO offensive lineman, and he doubled down on WR at the top of the 2nd with Pettis. As someone who just won a Super Bowl with Mike Glennon, I can vouch that there are FAR worse things Neal could do than to surround Tyler Wilson with big, explosive weapons.

[1.25] OLB Shaquille Leonard, S. C. State Norman | A+
========> 22 years old | 6'2” | 230 lbs | 57 AWR | 82 STR | 87 SPD | 85 AGI | 88 ACC | 79 TAK | 56 CTH
Absolutely love this pick. Shaq was someone I was hoping slid to the top of the 2nd, but that just wasn't happening, as apparently he skewed up (I didn't work him out). Here's what I said pre-draft, "Shaq is a stud. It's hard to project because LBs are so devalued in SFL here because there are SO many of them. MLB is a position where playing young guys generally does NOT hurt the stats, and AWR isn't as big of a deal. The more the better, but guys will regularly post crazy lines at LB even younger. Shaq may drop to the 2nd, but he deserves to be a 1st rounder, so I wanted him in this mock. Unless that private workout is bad, someone is going to get a real steal." This was easily one of the best picks of the 1st round, and a pick that saved the Rams draft class. I'm a little surprised that this wasn't who the Saints were moving up for, but that tells me DOD must have had a really sick nasty private workout, too. Great work here by the Rams, who then proceeded to really fumble the next few picks, in my opinion. But MOST draft classes are measured by THE best player you get from it. And when we look back in 5 years, this will be the "Shaq class", and it will be remembered fondly. Hitting on a pick can really cover up some other mistakes.

[1.26] MLB Roquan Smith, Georgia Norman | A+
========> 21 years old | 6’1” | 225 lbs | 65 AWR | 87 SPD | 88 AGI | 84 ACC | 68 CTH | 87 TAK | 88 STR | 95 TGH
The Colts move down and break the hearts of Steelers fans everywhere. Prior to the draft I had Smith going to Pittsburgh and this is what I had to say about him, "Let's end the slide of MLB Roquan Smith! It's a little concerning that Smith is only 225 lbs, but EVERYTHING else about him is epic. MLBs are a bit devalued in this league, so maybe this is the position they try to wait on (there are a few really good ones), but this is easily the most rare prospect I see at the LB position." I stand by all that, and I think Breck did a masterful job of moving up and down the draft... and still getting THE best player at two different positions in LT O'Neill and MLB Smith. I have not seen the skew here, but I know Breck has and it had to be pretty good. Even if he didn't go up, he would still be the best MLB in the class. I think I heard Breck say that he wasn't planning on taking a MLB on draft night, but it certainly helps that they have a mentor on the roster already in Jason Phillips. I don't know if MLB is worthy of a mentor, but they didn't end up taking a QB, and their CBs are set... so maybe it's a luxury mentor for at least one season. Smith is going to be a very, very good player... even in a league where MLB are a "dime a dozen."

[1.27] NT Vita Vea, Washington Norman | B- **Trade Down with (1.18 for 1.27 + 3.1)
========> 21 years old | 6'5” | 340 lbs | 73 AWR | 93 STR | 64 SPD | 71 AGI | 67 ACC | 72 TAK | 71 CAR
I liked DT for the Steelers EARLY in the draft, but ultimately mocked them a MLB with them hoping the DT fell in in the draft. In fact, I said something along the lines of, "They need help on the DL, and there is a gigantic NT I love there (go Bucs). Would they pull the trigger on Vita Vea? I definitely think he's on their radar, but they may wait and hope he falls to 30." Turns out, they were hoping he fell, but they had a few targets including MLB, DT, and CB. They got a beast of a CB early in the round... perhaps the best in the draft. Perhaps feeling a little guilty about what they spent to get there, they traded DOWN here (hoping either their top MLB or top DT falls to them), and they both ALMOST made it... but Breck snipes the MLB one pick earlier. Brutal. I still think Vea was the smart call, and perhaps they could have moved down one more time and got a little more value... but why risk losing your starter. If Vea was there much longer, he was legit a target of mine at the top of the 2nd. "I personally think the ratings discredit just HOW fast Vita is, the former high school running back. Big boy can FLY. But that's where the skew comes in.. you never know if these ratings are actually +2-3 each rating. I think Vita, especially with his size and age, is going to be a very, very good DT in this league for a very long time." That was me alluding to the fact that Vita really got shafted on his skew. Vita was the FIRST player I worked out with a private workout, and had he skewed up at all, I think he goes much sooner. Apparently the GM vets are saying weight doesn't matter at DT. I'm not sure I believe that, but what do I know. I think Vita will be very good, and I think this Steelers team is going to be very good. Getting TWO starters on defense is just what you want out of these picks, and that's what they did. That high AWR means his learning curve will be small. Happy for both of my Bucs guys to end up in Pittsburgh. I'm sure I'll be working the phone lines trying to trade with Gary multiple times over the next half-decade. In fact, the ONLY part of this I didn't like was the value to trade down. [3.1] is a premium pick and will likely land the Steelers a great player... but they literally set the market to move up minutes before this. They gave a Future 1st and [1.30] to go to [1.15]... so you've gotta get more than [3.1] to go from [1.18] to [1.27].

[1.28] SS Terrell Edmunds, Virginia Tech Norman | B- **Trade Up with (Future PIT 1st + Future OAK 4th + 6.31 for 1.28 + Future STL 3rd)
========> 21 years old | 6'1” | 217 lbs | 58 AWR | 57 STR | 94 SPD | 82 AGI | 91 ACC | 71 TAK | 64 CAR
I was a fan of Edmunds pre-draft, and certainly think he's worthy of a 1st round grade. Before the draft I said, "Edmunds is not the best... or even 2nd best safety in this class, but there's an argument that he might be the 3rd best of all of them. I personally like Minkah better, but I could see how someone would fall in love with this size and frame, coupled with the fact he's 21." I think all that remains true. The Raiders secondary took some hits this offseason, and this ultimately is the pick that the Raiders got for CB Dontae Johnson. I think knowing everything we know now, the Raiders probably could have hand picked their 1st (and got some bonus assets) had they just moved Johnson last year (or sooner). Apparently he was injured, so this wasn't an option, but this is why I never wait with guys I don't know how I'm going to be able to retain. Ultimately I have a similar decision ahead of me with HB David Johnson, CB Craig Mager, and FB Aaron Ripkowski. One of those guys gets resigned (Johnson), and then one of the other two is probably traded during the season as soon as there is an injury. I just don't want to get in bidding wars on my guys. They got a good player here though, and I know they're on the hot seat so that future pick didn't mean much... but ultimately I had to dock the pick a letter grade just for the value of the trade. Maybe you trade the Future 1st to get to [1.28], and then you us that to trade down into a pair of 2nds to fill more immediate holes? Not a bad pick by any means, I just think the jury is still out.

[1.29] WR Michael Gallup, Colorado State Norman | A
========> 22 years old | 6'1” | 200 lbs | 57 AWR | 54 STR | 99 SPD | 86 AGI | 93 ACC | 84 JMP | 78 CTH
I really liked the Bengals doubling down on the secondary here, taking a Safety, as I hypothesized, "Bengals continue to revitalize the secondary. Edmunds is not the best... or even 2nd best safety in this class, but there's an argument that he might be the 3rd best of all of them. I personally like Minkah better, but I could see how someone would fall in love with this size and frame, coupled with the fact he's 21, so you're restructuring him for 7 years cheaply after year 3, and he's locked up til the start of regression, when after a nice long career with you, you can renegotiate him finishing his career with the team. That's a nice outlook for a guy who hasn't taken a snap yet, but with the vacant SS position on the Bengals roster, I think he'd be a great guy to grow with Jaire Alexander. Ultimately the Raiders jumped up and snatched the Safety one pick prior. I know some folks were surprised to see Gallup here, and while I didn't have him as a 1st rounder, I do think he was the next best WR available. I like him better than any of the guys who went in the 2nd, and any of the guys who went in the 3rd. DJ Moore was the next pre-draft guy I liked, but that was prior to his skew. Moore ultimately didn't get much worse, but being smaller he needed a better skew than he got to surpass the upside of Gallup. The agility is pretty mid, but he's got a great size combo with his SPD/ACC, and has great hands, too. I think Gallup is good value, and will be very good with Jared Goff for years to come. Great first round for Brady and the Bengals. It's easy to forget this team has been to back-to-back AFC Championships... but if they keep drafting like this, the next stop could be a Super Bowl very soon.

[1.30] QB Lamar Jackson, Louisville Norman | B- **Trade Down with (1.15 + Future DEN 4th for 1.30 + Future TEN 1st)
========> 21 years old | 6'3” | 207 lbs | 90 SPD | 83 AGI | 85 ACC | 60 AWR | 87 THP | 85 THA
So this was the "worst pick" by a lot of draft pundits, and I'm sure folks were expecting to log on here and have me rip it... but I don't hate it. In fact, to get a FUTURE 1st (yea, it's the Titans so it'll probably be 30-32) is a big win. The big issue, of course, is that Tim has a history with scramblers. I'd almost put an addendum on this that IF Lamar stays as a scrambler, then I hate the pick. But I think Tim writing all those great position analysis articles before the draft for bonus AP might have been an indication that Tim KNEW it was a possibility that they'd be drafting Lamar, and that they'd have to pay to remove the scramble designation. Which is smart. Ultimately Tim got trapped away from his computer, and I think he had to turn in the Lamar card about 30 picks too early... but I still like Lamar (non-scrambler) at [1.30] more than I like Josh Rosen at [1.9]! I remember really thinking that Marcus Mariota was a wasted pick, but I couldn't see the vision at the time. Now, Mariota looks fine. I think Lamar is going to require more AP than you hope a 1st round QB would require (-Scrambler, +THP, +THP for sure)... but ultimately, I think Lamar will be a good franchise QB. I do think that Tim should trade Harnish now to secure a mentor and lock down that +10 AWR while he's got the years on the contract. Take the lumps now. I'd start him at least 8 games, too. There's really not much time to waste, as there isn't much separating Lamar from QB Mike White or QB Mason Rudolph, who went in the 3rd and 4th rounds. The playing time and AP is what can separate them and make Lamar look like a 1st round player.

[1.31] LG Wyatt Teller, Virginia Tech Norman | D **Trade Up with (2.19 + 2.31 + and 5.25 for 1.31)
========> 22 years old | 6'5” | 308 lbs | 95 STR | 79 RBK | 95 PBK | 65 ACC | 62 SPD | 62 AGI | 78 AWR
This pick actually went from Tennessee, to Dallas, to San Diego, to the Rams. Ultimately the only thing that saved this from being an F was that I think the Rams paid a very fair price to move up. I had them taking a G in my mock, so it fulfils a NEED, but I just think Teller was a big time reach. He probably could have been there at [2.19] and saved the Rams from moving up. I get the appeal of 78 AWR, especially if you're plugging and playing him right away (as I suspect they will), but you just can't draft an OL in the first with such poor athleticism unless he is ELITE at everything else. As it stands, his STR could eventually get to 99, and he's an elite PBKer, but he's got work to do on RBK. And even the AWR will take some progression unless they have a mentor que'd up. Which I think they might have signed a RT mentor? But then are you moving him? I dunno, ultimately I just think the OL were falling, and there were better on the board. I liked Cappa a lot, and was surprised that wasn't the pick. Cappa was 70/72/69 in athletics, and even still was going to need some help from the skew in ACC... but you were never going to have to worry about his STR or blocking (85/86). Cappa fell to top of the 2nd. Quenton Nelson, who I had mocked to STL, fell to [2.12] where I scooped him up, and I felt after I saw his skew that I was reaching a bit. But ultimately I think Nelson at 21 years old has more upside, and has better athletic traits to play OG in this league. I think the Rams are really, really good... but I was not impressed with the draft past the first pick. Thankfully Shaq Leonard is going to be an absolute stud and filled a big need for them.

[1.32] CB Denzel Ward, Ohio State Norman | C+
========> 22 years old | 5'10” | 191 lbs | 83 AWR | 90 SPD | 92 AGI | 90 ACC | 75 CTH | 63 TAK
Ultimately it feels weird to give my good buddy Apolo anything less than A ratings, as he's without a doubt one of the best drafters in Madden history. But ultimately, Apolo appears to be going to a place with these picks that I just can't follow. It truly seems like he's SO good at this, that he might just be BORED, and now instead of leaving Tennessee to start over, he's challenging himself by trying to make inferior players that you wouldn't think can succeed do just that. I liked Ward, I had him going high in my mock because I knew SOMEONE was going to bite on that super high AWR. Here's what I had to say pre-draft, "if the SPD/AGI/ACC numbers go UP this guy is an absolute steal, even at 5'10". Even at 5'10", which sucks, this guy with a mentor could be 90 AWR as a sophomore. That's crazy. He's a blank canvas. Great hands. Could be a real playmaker, without the pains of developing a CB. He's just a guy you've got to matchup with WRs weekly, but that's not too hard." And as we now know, the numbers did NOT go up. Everyone who drafted a CB in the 1st round had the private workout on Ward, and that's likely why he fell to [1.32]! But ultimately, the true value of Ward is not as a playmaker, it was to get him in the 1st round so that a potential DRAFT GEM gets that insane AWR. It was a worthwhile gamble, but ultimately I just don't see Ward getting much meaningful playing time in Tennessee. Maybe he carves out a role as the nickel, but the trademark of those great Titans teams (in my opinion) has always been how scary athletic they are at the key positions. Ward for sure does not fit that mold. That said, I don't think he himself is a C+ pick, the grade is more a reflection of the Titans having SO much ammo in the 1st round, and ultimately moving down and down and out to the point where the ONLY thing they get out of it is a 5'10" CB who will be a big investment to make him athletically passable. Then again, even though the draft was loaded, there's a strong argument to be made that many of them wouldn't have cracked the Titans starting lineup anyway. I can't wait to see what Apolo does with all those Future 1sts... that's where the A+ happens. Maybe it's at the trade deadline... maybe it's to secure the next Franchise QB next year. Whatever it is, few do it as good as Apolo.

We squeaked it in before Double AP ends! I don't think I've got the time to do Round 2, but maybe that will be a cool feature midseason... like my Draft Grades USUALLY come out! After all, I grabbed a couple potential starters in the 2nd, so might be fun to check back in. Hopefully you all know that this is just for fun, and to not take anything too personal. You're excellent GMs and I'm happy to share a league with you! That said, we're gonna try like hell to do something this year that Bryan Mellon has never done...win BACK TO BACK Super Bowls. Nobody has done that. My guy Apolo was VERY close to doing it this year, but we slayed the SFL All-Stars. But now WE can do it. So that's our North Star! Best of luck to you all on your pursuit to come stop me! I have a feeling that we haven't heard the end of the PTI Bowl Rivalry... but my early bet is on the Titans to come ONE game short, losing to the Chargers in the AFC Championship. Then it will be on Will Cook to prevent his old team from being the first team EVER to go Back to Back. But I'm getting WAY ahead of myself. The NFC East is going to be TOUGH this year. Good luck!
