Wild Card Weekend

Analysis: Wild Card Weekend ends up being boring this year, with the home team winning all four games. It just seems like in this situation, the home team will be the better team, except for possibly the situation for the SF/DET game. But with that being said, I pick the
Tennessee Titans,
Baltimore Ravens,
Dallas Cowboys, and
San Francisco 49ers to advance.
Divisional Round

Analysis: This is where the playoffs will get a bit spicy...if not boringly redundant. I do think the
Baltimore Ravens will be riding a much improved Jimmy Garoppolo in the divisional round and I think the Baltimore squad might be the better team, so they advance. I also like the
Tennessee Titans to win on the road, because we all know that nobody beats Apolo once he's played around for the first half of the season. He's not losing here. The
Minnesota Vikings are the only team with a bye to win, as they are much more complete of a team than the Niners. Lastly, I like the
Dallas Cowboys to return to the NFC Championship Game after a complete knockout fight with Tampa.

Analysis: Well, we won't get a Super Bowl rematch...but it will be close. I do like the
Baltimore Ravens to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl this year. However, I think the
Dallas Cowboys have a legitimate chance to go back-to-back after defeating the Vikings on the road.
Super Bowl LII

Analysis: And there we have it -- the first back-to-back champion in SFL History. Dallas is the team most primed to do it since Apolo's Titans last year and Justin Walstead's Rams way back at the beginning of the SFL. My guess -- AF takes the victory lap and then to prove everyone he is one of the best leaves Dallas to do it again somewhere else. Nothing more to prove in Big D.
