Analysis: I'm going with a little bit of Super Bowl hangover and picking the Jacksonville Jaguars to actually get into the playoffs AND get a win. It's bold, I know. I think their divisional counterpart, the Indianapolis Colts should also finally be able to get back on the side of winning in the playoffs after a couple of down years. On the NFC side of the bracket, no way the Carolina Panthers lose to the Giants and I'd be willing to bet on the experience of the Green Bay Packers in the playoffs.

Analysis: The Oakland Raiders made it apparent that they were going all in this season and I think it pays off to a certain degree. They should easily be able to defeat Jacksonville and move on to host the AFC Championship Game. In the other AFC game, it should be easy to go with Peyton Manning, but I've got a strong feeling about the Cincinnati Bengals this season and I pick them, at home. In the NFC, I think the Arizona Cardinals will be rolling by this point and make it to the NFC Championship Game. I'm sure they would love to play the Saints, but I'm going with Brett Favre's veteran leadership with the Green Bay Packers to actually advance them the farthest they've gone yet in the SFL.

Analysis: I said this above, but I firmly do believe that this will be a special season for the Cincinnati Bengals and I can comfortably place them in my Super Bowl prediction. In the NFC, it's time for the Green Bay Packers to finally live up to the hype. Carson Palmer waits another year.

Super Bowl XL

Analysis: It's really hard to go against the Green Bay Packers if they make it this far. You have to assume that the team is healthy and clicking on all cylinders. While a Bengals victory would be fun, if the Packers are going to win a Super Bowl, it's now, and I think they get it done.
