2002 SFL Team Draft- A Look Back
We began a discussion on Discord earlier today about the original team draft. I told folks I would do some sort of article tonight about how team?s and owners fared as we go into this season with GM jos on the line via the Hot Seat. (No job are truly on the line as any active GM will not be removed from the league, they simply have a good possibility of switching teams.)

Only one team drafted in the top 10/ GM have not made the playoffs. That team is the Philadelphia Eagles and GM Leo Jones.
Four of the bottom ten teams/GM?s have made the playoffs with one team making the post season all three seasons and winning a championship (Washington Redskins/GM Bryan Mellon)
St Louis Rams & GM Justin Walstead is the only GM to make multiple championship games
Four teams have made the playoffs in each season thus far; Indy Colts and GM Ian Coyle , Washington Redskins and GM Bryan Mellon, Green Bay Packers and GM Gary Hickman plus the New England Patriots and GM Travis Robbins.
The Dolphins have had the most GM with three however their current GM, Daren Roberts still have the 22nd most career wins and is 8th in career winning percentage.
Two of the top 12 drafted teams/GM enter 2005, our 4th season on the hot seat in the Philly Eagles and GM Leo Jones and the Seattle Seahawks and GM Rock Hewko.
