Summary: It’s an above average DE class with Dion Jordan being uber-elite. He is likely to be the first round pick in this draft and there is little doubt why. He has elite physical attributes plus high AWR. Some might be concerned about his size but it’s unlikely to override all the other positives. There is a good group of DE’s that are around 80 SPD and 85 ACC or who can get there soon. It’s a good opportunity for a team in need to snag one in the first couple of rounds.

Summary: There are two quality DT’s in this class in Williams and Hankins, I believe both are 1st round worthy. Jones and Williams are 2nd round worthy as well. That’s four really good DT’s. Williams, Hankins, Williams, Jenkins, and Lotulelei also possess really good tackle for rookies. I also think Sylvester Wiliams is a potential candidate for a LE depending on how his skew goes.

Summary: It’s a notably weak OLB class compared to past years. Barrington stands to be a first round pick and though I have him ranked third, a favorable skew could have Jenkins as a first rounder as well. If he doesn’t go in round 1, I think there could be three OLB’s in round 2 depending on the needs of teams.

Summary: This is an absolutely loaded MLB class for a position that I think is already plentiful with talent league-wide. I think there are 3 1st round picks here with another 2 2nd round picks and 3 3rd round picks. And for the talent I would say many of these players will be high draft values for their selections. There is actually talent beyond these guys too, though in more of a backup or #2 role.

Summary: It’s not a deep CB class but there are some really good ones here. In fact, I think there are 5 or 6 1st round talents pre workout in this draft. Rhodes should be a real star and Emerson likely the same. The only downside here is that this is not a draft for elite level SPD CB’s and that may turn some GM’s away.

Summary: It’s an OK FS class. Harmon and McDonald are very close in my mind and I would say they are late 1st/early 2nd round talents. Slaughter is a late 2nd/early 3rd round talent and then Vaccaro and Rambo are probably 3rd round guys though they become more interesting with the right skew in SPD.

Summary: This is not a deep SS class but Shaun Williams is an elite player. He should be a 1st round pick with that great SPD and ACC combo. Swearinger and Elam are likely 2nd or 3rd round picks with Duke Williams being a late 3rd or early 4th.
There are a few kickers and punters worth drafting here as well but I’m not going to spend the time breaking those positions down. Kickers are always a challenge the first season or two and to a lesser degree so are punters.
