1.02 - League Staff & Committees
There will be various Committees put in place to handle various tasks. The Committees (and their roles) are as follows:

Commissioner & Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is responsible for helping establishing rules & processes, reviewing GM performance, communicating amendments & deadlines to the league members, moderating the forums and the daily operation of the website.

Trade Committee
The Trade Committee consists of trusted league GM's, who are responsible for evaluating every incoming trade. It is not the job of the Trade Committee to prevent teams from winning or losing trades, but rather to only prevent trades that could hurt the integrity of the league. For a trade to pass, there needs to be a 3 YES votes. The Trade Committee should always approach the parties of a rejected trade to give them the opportunity to rework the deal in question.

Broadcast Committee
The Broadcast Committee consists of many individuals who are responsible for managing all league game broadcasts. This is a group that has established themselves as very accommodating, and they will work to give you the chance to watch your game each week, just so long as you work with them and make your availability clear. Broadcasters will run their own games each week of the regular season. They will NOT be able to run their own playoff games. If two broadcasters are scheduled to play each other, whoever is the home team will have broadcast rights. To be on the staff, you must be able to run at least TWO games per week (including their own) on average.

Draft Committee
The Draft Committee is there to help the Commissioner run the draft on draft day. This may be moving draft picks on draft day trades, jump starting the draft following a missed pick and editing end of round deadlines to keep the draft moving.

Fair Play Committee
The Fair Play Committee will review any complaints regarding GM conduct, to include the violation of the "Brees Rule" (tanking), or inappropriate behavior. Once there are 2 formal complaints filed with the Commissioner's Office, the Fair Play Committee will be notified to investigate. If inappropriate conduct/behavior is determined, the Executive Committee will determine the appropriate disciplinary measures.
