QBs with the scrambler tendency will have their CAR/INJ/TGH ratings set to 95.
In order for these attributes to take affect, the GM must PM the commissioner on the forums.
If a QB changes from a scrambler tendency to another tendency, all ratings will be dropped to their original ratings (as seen through ratings history on the website). |
