Packers Unemployed: Pat Tillman Gets the Axe from Green Bay

 In a salary cap move, SS Pat Tillman was cut by the Packers today after 8 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Gary Hickman read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Mike Sherman was not available for comment.
