Giants Giants and Jamar Fletcher Part Ways

 In a salary cap move, CB Jamar Fletcher was cut by the Giants today after 5 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Romeo Mendez read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Jim Fassel was not available for comment.
