Bengals Unemployed: Robert Royal Gets the Axe from Cincinnati

 In a salary cap move, TE Robert Royal was cut by the Bengals today after 4 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Brady Tinnin read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Dick LeBeau was not available for comment.
