Vikings Unemployed: Jerametrius Butler Gets the Axe from Minnesota

 In a salary cap move, CB Jerametrius Butler was cut by the Vikings today after 6 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Neal Wintermute read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Mike Tice was not available for comment.
