Saints Jim Haslett Shows Jorge Diaz the Door

 In a salary cap move, LG Jorge Diaz was cut by the Saints today after 11 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Nathan Jones read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Jim Haslett was not available for comment.
