Falcons Falcons Cut Brent Grimes

 In a salary cap move, CB Brent Grimes was cut by the Falcons today after 2 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Nic St. Marie read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Dan Reeves was not available for comment.
