In a surprise move the Bills broke off contract talks with Ike Hilliard, shortly there after a team press release claimed excessive demands from his agent were to blame. Inside sources report GM Brandon Lindgren said "I'd sooner pay that much to see a squirl eat nuts off of Gregg Williams's ass! Ike Hilliard is done here."
