Rams Unemployed: Fred Gibson Gets the Axe from St. Louis

 In a salary cap move, WR Fred Gibson was cut by the Rams today after 3 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Justin Walstead read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Mike Martz was not available for comment.
