Texans Unemployed: Keith Smith Gets the Axe from Houston

 In a salary cap move, CB Keith Smith was cut by the Texans today after 4 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Wade Pearce read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Dom Capers was not available for comment.
