Steelers Unemployed: Glen Steele Gets the Axe from Pittsburgh

 In a salary cap move, DT Glen Steele was cut by the Steelers today after 11 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Tim Miller read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Bill Cowher was not available for comment.
