Jaguars "Release Me" Hank Poteat Wanted Out of Jacksonville

 In a salary cap move, CB Hank Poteat was cut by the Jaguars today after 10 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Brad Barber read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Tom Coughlin was not available for comment.
