In a surprise move the Redskins broke off contract talks with Ellis Hobbs, shortly there after a team press release claimed excessive demands from his agent were to blame. Inside sources report GM Bill Ryan said "I'd sooner pay that much to see a squirl eat nuts off of Steve Spurrier's ass! Ellis Hobbs is done here."
