Chiefs Dick Vermeil Shows Filip Filipovic the Door

 In a salary cap move, P Filip Filipovic was cut by the Chiefs today after 12 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Rodany Mendez read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Dick Vermeil was not available for comment.
