Jaguars "Release Me" Tony Palmer Wanted Out of Jacksonville

 In a salary cap move, RT Tony Palmer was cut by the Jaguars today after 9 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Olivier Ratajczak read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Jack Del Rio was not available for comment.
