Jets Rumours Confirmed: Jets Cut Ricky Sapp

 In a salary cap move, RE Ricky Sapp was cut by the Jets today after 5 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Kevin Mullendore read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach was not available for comment.
