Jets Unemployed: Dwayne Wright Gets the Axe from New York

 In a salary cap move, HB Dwayne Wright was cut by the Jets today after 9 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Kevin Mullendore read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach was not available for comment.
