Texans Unemployed: Toby Gerhart Gets the Axe from Houston

 In a salary cap move, HB Toby Gerhart was cut by the Texans today after 8 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Brandon Lindgren read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Jim Johnson was not available for comment.
