Eagles Eagles and Gabe Carimi Part Ways

 In a salary cap move, LT Gabe Carimi was cut by the Eagles today after 8 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Peter Fenger read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Andy Reid was not available for comment.
