Jets Rumours Confirmed: Jets Cut E.J. Manuel

 In a salary cap move, QB E.J. Manuel was cut by the Jets today after 7 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Kevin Mullendore read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach was not available for comment.
