Broncos Broncos and Herb Haygood Part Ways

 In a salary cap move, WR Herb Haygood was cut by the Broncos today after 1 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Thomas Riddell read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Mike Shanahan was not available for comment.
