Falcons Rumours Confirmed: Falcons Cut Gerald McBurrows

 In a salary cap move, SS Gerald McBurrows was cut by the Falcons today after 9 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Dhani Aldila read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Dan Reeves was not available for comment.
