Unemployed: Bertrand Berry Gets the Axe from Denver

In a surprise move the Broncos broke off contract talks with Bertrand Berry, shortly there after a team press release claimed excessive demands from his agent were to blame. Inside sources report GM Thomas Riddell said "I'd sooner pay that much to see a squirl eat nuts off of Mike Shanahan's ass! Bertrand Berry is done here."
