In a surprise move the Cardinals broke off contract talks with Jeff Hartings, shortly there after a team press release claimed excessive demands from his agent were to blame. Inside sources report GM Tyler Richardson said "I'd sooner pay that much to see a squirl eat nuts off of Dave McGinnis's ass! Jeff Hartings is done here."
