Redskins Redskins and Rashad Bauman Part Ways

 In a salary cap move, CB Rashad Bauman was cut by the Redskins today after 3 years in the league.

A statement from the GM Bryan Mellon read, "He's just too old to compete at a high level. This move was necessary."

Coach Steve Spurrier was not available for comment.
